I’ve been trying to get my liver to smile.
Yeah, weird I know, and it doesn’t have anything to with drinking less (or more) wine.
For the past week, I’ve been doing a version of a Balinese smiling meditation. You sit and smile, for 20 minutes., literally just lifting the corners of your mouth. Then you focus on each of your major organs, heart, lungs, kidneys, and eventually liver… and you smile into them.
Try it this week, sit for 20 minutes in the morning, or however long you can, and smile.
