When we tell stories, especially our life stories, we instantly create a bond and we understand immediately where the other person is coming from and why they do what they do.

What is the process?

What we have created is a system that draws from Native American conflict resolution practices combined with the ancient art of StoryTelling to get your team on the same page.

We create a safe space where stories can be shared, and future misunderstandings minimised.

Each participant gets to share their story in as much or little detailed as they want.

We also teach the group the principles of creating safe spaces to resolves future misunderstandings.
